Residual dry beer yeast

We realize high-quality residual beer yeast.

Beer dry yeast is widely applied in production of polnoratsionny forages and preventive and remedies for agricultural, pets and forages to fishes as yeast pothouses is rich in availability of protein, amino acids, vitamins and useful minerals.

I. Structure of beer yeast:

Is a part of beer yeast:

from 36 to 42% of protein per dry weight;

from 1,2 to 2% of fat per dry weight;

from 10 to 13% of crude cellulose (are presented by a glycogen and tregalozy);

from 10 to 12% of ashes per dry weight.

Besides, yeast contains about 30% of bezazotisty extractive substances, a large amount of vitamins of group B, except B12 vitamin.

So, in particular B1 - 120-150 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast;

B2 - 100-120 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast;

B3 - m of 100-120 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast;

B6 - 150 - 200 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast.

Along with group B vitamins in cages of yeast vitamin E - about 30 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast, vitamin K - 600 mkg / 1 kg of dry yeast is found. Is a part of beer yeast it is also well-cared (to 3600 mg/kg) and paraaminobenzole acid.

Microelement structure of dry beer yeast

Nutrition value of beer yeast is defined not only by vitamins and proteins, but also rich microelement structure. It was revealed that beer yeast is rich with calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium (tab. 1). It should be noted that as a part of yeast also iodine (1,6 mg/kg of dry yeast) is found.

It is known that existence of such elements as copper and zinc in big concentration in food is undesirable as it can result in toxic effect. Determination of content of copper, zinc and iron in beer yeast showed that it does not exceed their contents in other foodstuff.

Therefore, dry beer yeast is a valuable source of minerals, vitamins and other biologically active connections and does not contain excess amounts of heavy metals.

Amino-acid structure of yeast

Protein of beer yeast contains a small amount methionine and and cysteine, however it is rich with a lysine and treoniny. In this regard it is expedient to feed yeast together with proteins of grain crops that allows to receive the proteinaceous product balanced on amino-acid structure.

The analysis of amino-acid structure of beer yeast showed that it is presented by the following amino acids (tab. 3).

On the content of irreplaceable amino acids beer yeast is very close to sterns of an animal origin and has high nutritional value for farm animals and a bird.

On the basis of the analysis of structure of beer yeast it is possible to conclude that they are protein-rich, containing 8 irreplaceable amino acids, balanced composition of vitamins and minerals.
